개인정보처리방침 — QBio Shorts Uploader

이 방침은 아래 "앱"에만 적용됩니다. 진료·환자 정보(HIPAA 개인정보 고지)와 웹사이트 방문자 정보는 각각 별도 방침을 따릅니다.

1. 누가 운영하나요

Q Bio Acupuncture Clinic(이하 "클리닉")은 클리닉이 직접 운영하는 YouTube 채널(@aidr_sunkkim)에 건강 정보 쇼츠 영상을 올리기 위해 내부용 프로그램 "QBio Shorts Uploader"(이하 "앱")를 사용합니다. 앱은 클리닉 사무실 컴퓨터 한 대에서만 실행되며, 외부에 배포하거나 다른 사람에게 제공하지 않습니다.

2. YouTube API 서비스 사용

앱은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 앱을 사용하는 것은 YouTube 서비스 약관 (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)에 동의하는 것이며, Google의 개인정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침 (https://policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.

3. 어떤 정보에 접근하나요

클리닉 계정 소유자가 Google 로그인 화면에서 직접 허용한 범위에서만 접근합니다.

- 동영상 업로드 권한(youtube.upload): 클리닉 채널에 영상을 비공개로 올리는 데 사용합니다.

- 읽기 권한(youtube.readonly): 채널 ID·이름·핸들, 앱이 올린 영상의 공개 상태와 예약 시간. 올바른 채널인지 확인하고 매일 아침 업로드 상태를 확인하는 데 사용합니다.

앱은 구독자, 댓글, 시청 기록, 다른 사용자의 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.

4. 무엇을 저장하나요

- 로그인 토큰(refresh token)과 채널 ID: 클리닉 컴퓨터의 로컬 파일 한 곳에만 저장합니다. 화면이나 기록에 출력하지 않으며 버전 관리·클라우드에 올리지 않습니다.

- 업로드 기록: 앱이 올린 영상의 ID, 제목, 공개 상태, 업로드 시각. 같은 영상을 두 번 올리지 않기 위해 클리닉 컴퓨터에 저장합니다.

- 영상의 상태 정보는 저장해 두지 않고, 필요할 때마다 YouTube에서 새로 확인합니다.

5. 어떻게 쓰고, 누구와 공유하나요

- 위 정보는 클리닉 채널에 클리닉 영상을 올리고 그 상태를 확인하는 데에만 씁니다.

- 판매하거나, 광고에 쓰거나, 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다.

- 범용 인공지능·머신러닝 모델을 개발하거나 학습시키는 데에 쓰지 않습니다.

- 앱의 Google 사용자 데이터 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy)의 "제한적 사용(Limited Use)" 요건을 따릅니다.

6. 쿠키

앱은 사용자 기기에 쿠키나 비슷한 기술을 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 웹사이트가 아니라 클리닉 컴퓨터에서 실행되는 프로그램입니다.

7. 접근 권한 취소와 삭제

- 언제든지 Google 계정 보안 설정 → 서드파티 액세스 (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)에서 앱의 접근 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다.

- 권한을 취소하거나 앱 사용을 중단하면, 클리닉은 7일 이내에 클리닉 컴퓨터에 저장된 로그인 토큰과 업로드 기록을 삭제합니다.

- YouTube에 올린 영상 자체는 YouTube Studio에서 관리·삭제할 수 있습니다.

8. 보안

토큰 파일은 클리닉 컴퓨터의 사용자 계정 안에만 있고, 공유 폴더나 클라우드 동기화 폴더에 두지 않습니다. 환자 정보는 앱에 입력되거나 YouTube로 전송되지 않습니다.

9. 변경

이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

This policy covers only the "App" below. Patient information (HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices) and website visitor information are covered by their own separate policies.

1. Who we are

Q Bio Acupuncture Clinic ("the Clinic") uses an internal program, "QBio Shorts Uploader" ("the App"), to upload short health-education videos to the Clinic's own YouTube channel (@aidr_sunkkim). The App runs on a single Clinic office computer. It is not distributed or offered to anyone else.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

3. Information the App accesses

The App accesses only what the Clinic's account owner allows on Google's sign-in screen:

- Upload permission (youtube.upload): used to upload the Clinic's videos to its channel as private.

- Read permission (youtube.readonly): channel ID, name and handle, and the privacy status and scheduled time of videos the App uploaded. Used to confirm the correct channel and to check upload status each morning.

The App does not access subscribers, comments, watch history, or any other user's information.

4. Information the App stores

- Sign-in token (refresh token) and channel ID: stored in one local file on the Clinic computer. Never displayed or logged, and never placed in version control or cloud storage.

- Upload records: the ID, title, privacy status and upload time of videos the App uploaded, kept on the Clinic computer so the same video is never uploaded twice.

- Video status is not stored; it is read fresh from YouTube each time it is needed.

5. How the information is used and shared

- The information is used only to upload the Clinic's videos to the Clinic's channel and to check their status.

- We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with any third party.

- We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

- The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Cookies

The App does not store or access cookies or similar technologies on any device. It is a program on the Clinic computer, not a website.

7. Revoking access and deletion

- You can revoke the App's access at any time on the Google security settings page (third-party access) (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

- When access is revoked or the App is no longer used, the Clinic deletes the stored sign-in token and upload records from the Clinic computer within 7 days.

- Uploaded videos themselves can be managed or deleted in YouTube Studio.

8. Security

The token file stays inside the Clinic computer's user account and is not kept in shared or cloud-synced folders. No patient information is entered into the App or sent to YouTube.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
